How we handle the information families share with SRQ Tennis.

What we collect
When you send an inquiry or book a lesson we collect name, email, phone, player age and level, program interest, and any notes you include. Booking is handled by our HighLevel calendar. Payments for group cycles are made by Venmo or Zelle and are not stored on this website.
How we use it
We use this information to place players, schedule sessions, send weather and schedule texts, and follow up about programs. We do not sell contact information.
Who sees it
Coach Michael and the tools we use to run the academy (calendar, email, and SMS). You can ask us to update or delete your information by emailing michael@srq.tennis.
