When you send an inquiry, use the chat widget, or book a lesson we collect name, email, phone, player age and level, program interest, and any notes you include. Booking and chat run through HighLevel (LeadConnector).

This site also uses Google Tag Manager, which may set cookies or similar tools to measure visits. We do not ask you to create an account on srq.tennis.

We use this information to place players, schedule sessions, send weather and schedule texts, follow up about programs, and understand which pages people use. We do not sell contact information.

Payments for group cycles are made by Venmo or Zelle and are not stored on this website.

Junior programs are for players under 18. A parent or guardian submits the inquiry or booking. We use that information only to run the program and communicate with the family.

Coach Michael and the tools we use to run the academy: HighLevel for calendar, chat, email, and SMS, and Google Tag Manager for site measurement. Those providers process data on our behalf.

You can ask us to update or delete your information, or to stop texts about scheduling, by emailing michael@srq.tennis or calling (941) 840-2571. You can also block cookies in your browser.

If this policy changes, the date at the top of this page will change. Continued use of the site after that means the updated policy applies.
